The night of November 25, 2019 will be unforgettable for the 70 municipalities of the State of São Paulo, winners of the 2nd edition of the Top Tourist Destinations award, of which 16 were acclaimed champions. Among the illustrated presences, at the Noble Hall of the Bandeirantes Palace, is the Governor of São Paulo, João Doria, who granted the honor of his presence by addressing the opening of the event, highlighting “São Paulo is Top!”.
More than 500 guests were present, including representatives of the winning cities; leaders of tourism organizations, authorities, businessmen and journalists. The Secretary of Tourism of the State of São Paulo, Vinicius Lummertz, highlighted the importance of the Top Tourist Destinations award in the context of the campaign launched by the state government, in partnership with ABEAR, Brazilian Association of Airlines and the Visit São Paulo – Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The party was sponsored by Platinum Gol Airlines, the largest Brazilian airline of Rede Accor, the largest hotel chain in the country, Grupo R1, Allplats, Raíz Latina and Terras Altas Resorts and Convention Center, among other users. Gorilla Communication is an official agency of the Top Tourist Destinations Award.
